- You have 14 days to return a product, starting from the day you receive your order.

- The product must be returned in its original condition.
- Items that are damaged, worn, or broken are not eligible for return or refund.

Return Shipping Costs:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We currently do not provide prepaid return labels.
Refunds
- Once we have received and inspected the returned item, the refund will be processed.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Please allow up to 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed after we receive the returned item.
How to Request a Return?

- We will provide you with instructions and the return address.
- Ship the product back to us securely packaged and using a trackable shipping method.
Exchanges
- Prefer a different product? Contact us at info@21mil.nl to discuss an exchange.
Important: Items that do not meet the return conditions will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
